1.Renovation of Proposed Secretariat building for Irepodun Local Council Development Area (formerly Ibadan North Library) at the University of Ibadan.
2.Construction of lined drainage at Ijokodo Agbaje road.
3.Upgrading of hand pump borehole to a Motorized borehole and construction of concrete stand at Ladimeji street of Oremeji-Mokola Area .
Renovation of Motorized borehole at Adamasingba Okoro Village.
4.Renovation of Motorized borehole at Onifade Street oketunu area Mokola.
5.Renovation of Motorized borehole at Sango Police barrack, Sango.
Construction of Modern Public toilet at Community Primary School, Ijokodo Ibadan.
